Elderwood at Burlington is looking for a compassionate, creative, and energetic Activity Leader to join their team. As an Activity Leader, you'll have the opportunity to turn ordinary days into something special by creating programs and experiences that encourage residents to connect, participate, laugh, reminisce, and try something new. Whether you're leading a lively group activity, organizing a special event, celebrating a resident's birthday, or simply taking the time to connect one-on-one, the moments you create can make a lasting difference. As an Activity Leader, you'll help create a vibrant community where residents feel connected, valued, and engaged. You'll plan, organize, and lead a variety of social, recreational, physical, creative, and cognitive activities designed around the interests, abilities, and preferences of our residents. You'll work closely with the Activities team and other departments to create a calendar of experiences that gives residents plenty of opportunities to participate and build meaningful connections. From arts and crafts and games to music, celebrations, outings, exercise, and special events, you'll help make each day a little more fun. At Elderwood, our mission is People Caring for People. As an Activity Leader, you'll do more than fill a calendar. You'll help create laughter, connection, friendship, and moments of purpose for the people who call Elderwood home.
