About The Position

We are seeking a creative Activity Director to lead the Recreation Department at Delmar Gardens on the Green Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, located in Chesterfield, Missouri. This experienced, energetic recreational professional will plan, coordinate and conduct a comprehensive activity program, recruit, schedule and manage our invaluable volunteers and assist with community outreach efforts and special events. This creative individual must possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills and have a passion for working with the senior population.

Requirements

• Must possess strong leadership qualities
• Must possess excellent communication skills
• Must have a passion for working with the senior population
• Must have or be willing to obtain a Missouri Activity Director Certification
• Must have or be willing to obtain a Class C CDL
