About The Position
Chesterfield Villas Retirement and Assisted Living Community, part of the Delmar Gardens Family, is seeking experienced, energetic professionals to plan, coordinate and conduct a comprehensive activity program, recruit, schedule and manage our invaluable volunteers and assist with community outreach efforts and special events. This creative individual must possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills and have a passion for working with the senior population.
Requirements
- Must possess strong leadership qualities
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for working with the senior population
- Must have or obtain a Class C CDL
Nice To Haves
- Degree in Therapeutic Recreation
