Activity Director/ Assistant Marketing
About The Position
Assisted Living near South Salt Lake is looking for an Activity Director/Marketing Assistant to join our management team. We are a medium size assisted living building with a diverse population of residents. We are looking for a compassionate individual that can plan, organize and lead a dynamic calendar of monthly events as well as special events and holiday programming. This individual should be comfortable marketing the building through community events, social media and networking. We strive to create an environment filled with fun! Requirements
- Food Handlers and CPR required upon hire
- Team player
- Willing to actively participate daily with the interdisciplinary team collaborating ideas and implementing best practices for our residents
- Comfortable working independently and hands on with the residents
- Valid Utah Driver's License
- Ability to drive the community van for group outings required
- Driver must be at least 25 years old (per insurance requirement)

Responsibilities
- Design Monthly Calendar
- Plan Quarterly Community Events
- Recruit, schedule and manage community volunteer program
- Implement & Lead diverse daily activities
- Connect with residents & create an inclusive culture
- Develop a 1:1 visiting program for less active residents
- Plan weekly community outings
- Marketing the building through community events, social media and networking
