About The Position

Emerald Trace Senior Living Community is currently seeking a full-time Activity Assistant (Life Enrichment Assistants). This position supports the planning and implementation of daily life enrichment programming designed to enhance residents’ physical, emotional, cognitive, and social well-being. This position works under the direction of the Life Enrichment Director at the assigned community.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily group activities and events
• Lead activities as assigned
• Provide one-on-one resident engagement
• Prepare materials and set up for scheduled programming
• Document participation as required
• Support holiday events and special programs
• Assist with resident transport to and from activities as needed
