The Activity Assistant is responsible for engaging with residents in a compassionate and impactful manner, cultivating a warm and supportive environment where the values of love, compassion, and dignity are reflected in every interaction. This role involves driving a company van for organized outings, interviewing residents to understand their preferences, documenting participation, managing activity supplies, and evaluating/modifying the activity program to meet resident needs. The position also includes coordinating the Community newsletter, working with the resident council, assisting with resident shopping, and participating in continuous learning and development opportunities.
