About The Position

Homestead Village is a Community Senior Life Community focused on creating an enriching, remarkable senior living experience for its residents. The role begins with building relationships between residents, families, and staff.

Requirements

  • The Ideal Candidate will be Patient, Caring, Organized and Able to Multi-Task
  • Required to Pass a Background Check
  • Possess a High School Diploma/GED
  • Minimum of 1 year in a social or recreation program
  • Willing to Work a Flexible Schedule, when needed
  • Must Possess a Team Spirit, Good Character, and Personal Integrity

Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with a variety of group activities to include social, mental, spiritual, physical programs
  • Assist with implementing additional services to enhance the social, mental and educational quality of residents’ daily life
  • Assist in planning at least two can outing per month – may include driving residents in company van
  • Assist with outings/community events and resident appointments as assigned
