About The Position

At Brightview Senior Living, the Vibrant Living Assistants play a key role in helping our residents live an active, vibrant life! This role involves getting to know residents to help plan and implement activities that make them feel engaged and fulfilled. The position also includes assisting with the management of the Volunteer program and potentially driving a company vehicle to transport residents to events. Training for other Vibrant Living Assistants is also a responsibility.

Requirements

You quickly connect with people and love to learn about them.
You have a positive attitude and a lot of energy.
You have an active Driver's license in good standing.

Responsibilities

Get to know the residents of Brightview so that you can help with the planning and implementation of spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural and emotional activities and programming that will make residents feel engaged and fulfilled.
Participate in activities. Residents love games, lectures, poetry, painting and we need someone to help organize and run these events!
Assist with the management of our Volunteer program.
Occasionally drive the company vehicle to transport residents to and from events (for those 21 years of age or older).
Provide training for our Vibrant Living Assistants.
