This role involves planning and coordinating various activities, maintaining inventory, documenting resident participation, and driving the company van for organized outings. The position also includes coordinating the Community newsletter, working with the resident council, and assisting residents with shopping needs. Continuous learning and development are encouraged through participation in educational seminars and staff meetings.
