Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience
• Familiarity with basic software tools for record-keeping and activity planning
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• A team-oriented mindset
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training, workshops, and seminars
• Empathetic and adaptable

Nice To Haves

• CNA preferred, but not required (we will train the right candidate)

Responsibilities

• Organize games, crafts, and outings that bring joy and purpose to residents.
• Collaborate with a supportive team.
• Encourage participation in activities.
• Ensure every activity is meaningful.
• Brainstorm new activity ideas.
• Chaperone special events.
• Assist with the transport of residents to the activity area.
• Assist with and set up activities as directed by the Activity Director.
• Chaperone off-site activities.
