Requirements

• Compassionate spirit with enthusiasm for senior care.
• 1+ year of experience in a similar role
• Strong Communication Skills: Must have the ability to connect and engage.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Basic understanding of computer programs.

Nice To Haves

• degree in psychology or kinesiology preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Host daily activities and interactive sessions for residents.
• Use the community vehicle to transport residents as needed.
• Educates, trains, and encourages team members on personalized activity opportunities.
• Meet and greet each resident upon move-in to foster community bonding.
• Decorate common areas for special events and holidays.
• Take attendance and photographs of daily activities, creating lasting memories.
• Ensure understanding and adherence to all regulations regarding residents’ rights.
• Attend training sessions and engage in continuous learning.
• Other duties as assigned.
