About The Position
Tower Lodge Care Center, located in Wall Township, NJ, is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Part-Time Activity Assistants to join our exceptional team of caregivers. Evening and weekend hours are available. Currently Hiring for Part Time Employment.
Requirements
- Ability to conduct activities and interact effectively with elderly residents
- Compassionate, patient, and caring demeanor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in long-term care or activities preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and meaningful activity programs for elderly residents.
- Provide one-on-one interaction, companionship, and emotional support to residents.
- Support residents’ emotional, social, and recreational well-being
- Assist with planning and facilitating group activities
- Encourage resident participation and engagement
