Requirements

• Ability to communicate with residents, volunteers, visitors and staff.
• Requires being pleasant and caring to residents and patient, considerate, being able to multi-task, having the ability to effectively interact with residents.
• Requires a current Montana's drivers license.
• This position requires a high school diploma.

Nice To Haves

• Long term or Acute care experience preferred, but not necessary.
• CPR (preferred but not required)
• CNA license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide the residents with routine daily activities and services that would be necessary to carry out the plane of care.
• Utilizing a social model of care, you are responsible for the quality of life for the residents.
• Planning, implementing, assessing and organizing all activities per residents� individual interests and needs.
• Assistance with performing small or large group activities, entertaining, spiritual and one-on-one activities.
