We are a non-profit rehabilitation facility located in Prophetstown, IL where we specialize in caring for adults with brain injuries, and spinal cord injuries. Responsibilities
- Assist, lead, and implement a variety of activities designed to meet the interests, as well as physical, mental and psychosocial needs of each or resident.
- Promotes active participation as appropriate and unique to each resident and their function and potential abilities.
- Document and complete all required documentation per Therapeutic Recreation Director.
