About The Position
As an Activity Aide at Park View, you will play a vital role in our mission to provide exceptional rehab and skilled nursing care to our patients. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team and contribute to our goal of reducing re-hospitalization rates and returning residents to their optimal level of health, physical function, and independence.
Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent required
Responsibilities
- Assist activity directors with planning and implementing recreational activities for residents, including arts and crafts, games, and outdoor events
- Encourage socialization and community engagement among residents
- Support residents with daily living activities, such as ambulating, transferring, and feeding
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols and facility policies
- Document resident activities and participation in reports
