The Activities position is responsible for providing a variety of programs designed to meet the resident's social, physical, intellectual, emotional and sensory needs. The role requires the ability to adapt and find ways to engage and enrich residents on different levels, and to embrace values of respect, imagination, and collaboration. Requirements

• Previous experience in a dementia type setting with activities.
• Passion and energy to work with seniors and help them experience life to the fullest.
• Engaging, enthusiastic and overflowing with creativity to plan new activities.
• Self-starter.
• Great communication skills with residents, families and staff.
