Requirements

2+ years leadership/supervisory experience in senior living, hospitality, recreation, or volunteer management
Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities
Strong organizational, communication, and event-planning skills
Experience with volunteer/engagement technology and reporting preferred
Sound judgment in a fast-paced environment
Passion for creating meaningful resident experiences
Valid driver's license, if required

Responsibilities

Plan, implement, and evaluate resident-centered engagement programs and events
Oversee activities, entertainment, and wellness programming across all neighborhoods, including memory care
Supervise team members, volunteers, and concierge staff
Recruit, onboard, train, and retain volunteers; build community partnerships
Track participation, satisfaction, and engagement metrics to improve programming
Manage engagement documentation, calendars, reporting, and technology platforms
Lead concierge operations, delivering exceptional experiences for residents, families, and visitors
Support budgeting, staffing, scheduling, and operational planning
Partner with Sales and Resident Care on move-ins and ongoing engagement
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and Sunrise quality standards
