About The Position

Clarity Care is seeking compassionate and people-oriented individuals to join their team as Activity Support Providers. This is a part-time position with a starting pay of up to $18/hr based on experience. Clarity Care is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals with varying abilities to lead independent, fulfilling lives within their communities. They offer careers that make a difference by empowering individuals through personalized programs. The Activity Support Provider assists with the day-to-day operations of the Day Services Program, focusing on goal setting, independence, community involvement, consumer rights, personal cares, daily living activities, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Must possess a high school diploma/equivalent and/or related work/life experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must possess a valid WI driver’s license, and ability to meet agency driving standards.
• Must provide proof of auto insurance.
• Must pass a periodic WI Caregiver Background Check including Department of Justice Criminal Record Checks, and/or that of previous states of residence.
