About The Position
The Eric Snow Family YMCA is seeking an Activities Specialist. This role requires a highly motivated, creative, and ambitious individual with a strong background in youth development, a sense of health and wellness, customer service skills, and a commitment to building community.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Two years of experience in youth development, education, social services, or community outreach.
- Ability to problem-solve and communicate effectively.
- Must be able to work in an outdoor environment.
- CPR, First Aid, and AED training.

Responsibilities
- Facilitate daily activities, including STEM and CATCH program implementation.
- Maintain an accurate system of records and reports.
- Ensure the safety of program participants.
- Implement program participant reward and incentive programs.
