About The Position

Requirements
- High School diploma with 1 year of related experience accepted.
- Compassionate, organized, and eager to make a difference.
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to assist in physical interventions as needed.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with dining, toileting, and transfers, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
- Develop and lead individual and group activities that promote skill development, independence, and community integration.
- Work with the clinical team to create and implement behavior management strategies tailored to each individual.
- Assist with transporting participants to various activities and appointments as needed.
- Conduct satisfaction surveys, document participant progress, and ensure compliance with Individual Support Plans (ISPs).
