About The Position
We’re looking for a Activities Host who can turn an ordinary pool day into a tropical escape. If you thrive in a fun, fast-paced environment and know how to keep the good times rolling, this could be your perfect beachside gig. The Activities Host will create a laid-back, upbeat atmosphere around the pool and activity areas, host games, contests, trivia, karaoke, dance parties, and family-friendly activities. They will engage guests with enthusiasm, positivity, and signature island hospitality, ensure pool areas remain clean, organized, and guest-ready, and assist with towel distribution, lounge chair setup, and activity equipment. The role also involves making announcements with confidence and personality, encouraging guest participation while making everyone feel welcome, monitoring guest safety and communicating concerns to management when needed, and helping keep the playlist flowing and the tropical energy alive.
Requirements
- A fun, outgoing personality with strong people skills
- Comfortable speaking in front of groups and entertaining guests
- Ability to work outdoors in warm weather for extended periods
- Team player with a positive attitude and dependable work ethic
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and remain active throughout shifts
- Weekend and holiday availability required
Nice To Haves
- Experience in hospitality, recreation, entertainment, or customer service is a plus
