The primary purpose of the Life Enrichment Director position is to develop, lead, and oversee a comprehensive Life Enrichment Program that enhances the physical, emotional, social, spiritual, and cognitive well-being of all residents. The Life Enrichment Director is responsible for the planning, organization, implementation, supervision, and evaluation of daily, weekly, monthly, and special event programming while ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and company regulations. The Life Enrichment Director provides leadership to the Life Enrichment team by fostering a culture of compassion, creativity, resident-centered care, and excellence. This position oversees departmental operations, staff development, budgeting, documentation, volunteer services, and community partnerships to ensure meaningful engagement opportunities are available to every resident while promoting their highest level of independence and quality of life.
