Requirements

Previous experience in recreation, senior living, or activity planning preferred
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Creativity, energy, and a positive spirit
Passion for working with seniors and enriching lives every day

Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and oversee activities and events that enhance residents’ quality of life
Develop engaging calendars including fitness, arts & crafts, music, games, and outings
Work closely with residents, families, and staff to meet individual needs
Lead and inspire the activities team to deliver fun, meaningful programs
Ensure compliance with community standards and regulatory guidelines
