About The Position

At andCo Hospitality, we're all about turning vacations into stories worth telling. We are looking for someone awesome to join our Florida-based corporate team to help make those moments happen across our resort properties in Florida, Nevada, Colorado, and New Jersey. From beachside hangs to mountain escapes, you'll help us make every experience memorable from behind the scenes.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Running the show for all things fun—from poolside games and movie nights to arts & crafts and bingo bashes.
• Turning “hello” into “heck yes!” with engaging guest check-ins, welcome events, and good vibes all around.
• Making magic for guests of all ages—whether they’re tiny humans or seasoned adventurers.
• Keeping our spaces spick-and-span and event-ready: think clean pool decks, tidy tables, and umbrella game strong.
• Rolling with the seasons and holidays to coordinate themed activities that feel like a mini festival.
• Keeping safety and good times equally top of mind.
• Handling daily reports and cash drop-offs.
• Collaborating with your team, sharing the scoop on what’s happening and when.
