The Waterford at Shavano Park, a premier retirement community in San Antonio, Texas, provides quality care to residents in an ASSISTED LIVING and MEMORY CARE community. Responsibilities
- Interacts with residents, families, staff, and other visitors in a pleasant, respectful, and courteous manner.
- Ensures that residents are free from abuse (physical, verbal, and sexual).
- Supports resident independent recreation, based on individual preferences.
- Ensures the residents' right to make personal choices in agreement with the residents' service plan.
- Attends all in-service education programs mandated by SSL, State and Federal guidelines.
