About The Position

This is a part-time, seasonal position located in Berlin, MD. The role involves hosting games, events, and activities for guests of all ages, bringing energy to keep the fun going all day long, and ensuring smooth operations through setup and cleanup. The position also includes tracking attendance, keeping equipment organized, and helping to create a welcoming, upbeat atmosphere across the resort. Shifts may include mornings, afternoons, and evenings, with availability required on weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• Outgoing, friendly, and not afraid to be a little silly
• Great with people—kids, families, everyone
• Organized and able to juggle multiple things at once
• Team player but can also take initiative
• Flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, and holidays are part of the fun)
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be available weekends & holidays
