Activities Assistant – Bring the Fun to the Bay! Do you have a creative spark, an outgoing personality, and a passion for making people smile? The Residence at Presque Isle Bay is looking for an enthusiastic Activities Assistant to join our team in Erie! In this role, you aren't just "planning events"—you’re creating joy and keeping our residents connected, active, and engaged. Requirements

• High-energy, patient, and love interacting with people.
• Show up on time and ready to dive into the day’s events.
• Happy to jump in and help out wherever needed to ensure our residents have a great experience.
• A great attitude is our #1 requirement!

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in activities, hospitality, or working with seniors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Host a variety of activities including games, exercise classes, arts and crafts, and social hours.
• Spend quality time with residents who prefer smaller settings, providing companionship and engagement.
• Assist the Activities Director in prepping materials, decorating for holidays, and organizing outings.
• Help transport residents to and from activity areas and encourage everyone to join the fun!
