About The Position

Pleasant Lake Villa is seeking a PRN Activities Assistant to join their team. This role involves assisting in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of recreational, social, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual programs for residents, aligning with their assessment and care plan, and as directed by the Activities Director. Requirements

• PRN activities assistant
• High school diploma or its equivalent
• MEPAP certification & STNA experience preferred
• Previous experience preferred in long term care or assisted living with skills that include: daily documentation, care planning, using Point Click Care, completing PELI's & writing in Activities Newsletters

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of recreational, social, intellectual, emotional and spiritual programs, in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by the Activities Director.
