About The Position
Aegis Therapies, a leading provider of rehabilitation and wellness services, is hiring a Wellness Instructor for a PRN position to cover a Leave of Absence, offering up to full-time hours. This role is based in Emporia, KS, within a Senior Care/Wellness, Rehabilitation Center, and Restorative Care setting. The Wellness Instructor will play a key role in supporting the Activities Director and delivering optimal programming for residents, focusing on the EnerG by Aegis wellness programs which encompass the seven dimensions of wellness. This approach aims to enhance resident health and happiness through individualized, results-driven activities.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age

- Background in activity delivery with senior populations
Responsibilities
- Assist Activities Director
- Give input to monthly activities calendar
- Conduct and deliver optimal programming for the residents
- Market our program/activities
