About The Position

Twin Lakes Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is currently looking for a part-time Activities Assistant to join their team. This role involves working 24 hours per week and requires individuals who are passionate about working with seniors. The ideal candidate will be creative, outgoing, and motivational, contributing to the residents' engagement in activities and events. The position is located at 227 Sand Hill Rd, Greensburg, PA 15601.

Requirements

High School diploma or GED
Must be able to relate professionally and positively to our residents and families and to work cooperatively with others
A wholehearted individual whose interests lie with our residents, and meeting the recreation program and service needs.
Must successfully complete a post offer, pre-employment criminal background check and physical / drug screen.
COVID-19 Vaccine Required

Responsibilities

Assisting the Activity Director in the development, organization, coordination, and implementation of comprehensive therapeutic recreation services and programs that meet the needs and interests of each resident.
Complete required documentation.
Assist with planning and leadership of special events.
Maintain activity department supplies and equipment.
