About The Position
Mary Ann Morse Healthcare Center, a 118 bed skilled nursing facility located in Natick, MA, is looking for an Activity Assistant to join our team. Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience in a familial, social or recreational program within the last five years.
Responsibilities
- Assists in the implementation of all activities programs in the dementia, long-term, and sub-acute units.
- May work with staff from all other departments and with volunteers.
- Provides and coordinates services and support to meet the interests of each resident.
- Programming focuses on enhancing the physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of each resident.
