The position requires adherence to business conduct standards, regulatory guidelines, and facility policies, with a strong emphasis on compassion, dignity, and the Resident Bill of Rights. The employee must be able to work well with peers, communicate effectively in English, and maintain high standards in resident care. In exigent circumstances, the employee may be subject to call back during emergencies. Annual health requirements, including a negative TB skin test, must be met.
