About The Position
Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate Activities Assistants to join their team at Benton Rehab and Healthcare Center. As an Activities Assistant, you will support the Activities Director in assessing, selecting, organizing, and implementing activities and recreational services tailored to the individual needs and interests of the residents.
Requirements
- A passion for working with seniors.
- A flexible, fun, and energetic personality.
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience as an Activities Assistant in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting.
- Activities Certification.
- One year of experience conducting activities and recreational services within the past five years.
Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to the Activities Director in the assessment, selection, organization, and implementation of activities and recreational services.
- Address the individual needs and interests of the residents through planned activities.
