About The Position
Fox Subacute at South Philadelphia is a 53-bed facility located in Philadelphia that provides quality care to clinically complex respiratory and ventilator-dependent residents in a home-like setting. The facility is currently seeking an Activities Assistant to join their team.
Requirements
- Must be available to work every other weekend as needed
- Activity program experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Engage all residents in daily leisure activities.
- Assist resident/family visitation.
- Assist with indoor and outdoor activity programs.
- Assist the Activity Director with the execution of on-going programming.
- Work with other members of the multi-disciplinary team (RNs, LPNs, CNAs, RTs, Social Worker & other therapists) in meeting the needs of our unique population.
