The primary purpose of your job position is to assist the Activities Director in planning, organizing, developing, and facilitating recreational, social, intellectual, emotional and spiritual activities and programs designed to enrich the lives of residents in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan and current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, our established policies and procedures, and as may be directed by the Administrator. Assuring that on-going activities are designed to meet the interests and the physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of each resident.
