About The Position

E.A. Hawse Healthcare Center, a member of the CommuniCare Family of Companies, is seeking energetic, passionate, and creative Activities Assistants. This role involves working directly with residents, providing individualized activity care and services, and fostering socialization and community involvement. The successful candidate must be gentle, responsible, hard-working, comfortable with confused individuals, and willing to find fulfillment in small ways. The Activities Leader functions as a team member within the activities department and an interdisciplinary team member for assigned units, contributing to team success. Requirements

Must be able to plan, organize, and conduct a variety of activities
Basic computer literacy and skills
Must possess an active state driver’s license
Energetic, passionate, and creative
Gentle, responsible, and hard working
Comfortable with confused people
Willing to look for fulfillment in little ways
