About The Position

Activities Coordinator Location: Lake Port Square Job Type: Full-Time Pay: 20.00 Bring Energy, Creativity, and Fun to Our Community! Are you the person who is always coordinating events, finding creative ways to bring people together, and making every day more exciting? We're looking for an enthusiastic Activities Coordinator to help create meaningful experiences and memorable moments for our residents. This isn't your typical desk job. You'll spend your days planning events, connecting with residents, leading activities, and making a real impact on people's lives. If you're creative, outgoing, organized, and love working with people, we'd love to meet you.

Requirements

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Able to lift 30 lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Level 2 Background Screening through Florida's Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse

• Experience planning events, activities, or community programs is a plus
• Social media skills are a bonus

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead engaging activities, events, and outings
• Participates in monthly activity calendars and social programs
• Encourage resident participation and build meaningful relationships
• Use social media, photos, and creative content to showcase community life
• Work with a fun, supportive team to create memorable experiences
• Bring fresh ideas and new trends to activities and events
