Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Creativity and enthusiasm for developing engaging activities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for improving the lives of seniors.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Willingness to engage in physical activities for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours.

Nice To Haves

  • Additional education or certification in recreational therapy, gerontology, or a related field.
  • Previous experience working with seniors, particularly those with memory impairments.
