As an Activities Assistant in our Memory Care Neighborhood, you’ll play a vital role in creating engaging, purpose-driven experiences that brighten each day for our residents. We’re looking for someone who genuinely values time with older adults, brings positive energy, and has a passion for arts, wellness, and enriching lives. Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• A creative, upbeat, and compassionate personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and engage others
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (past 3 years)
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role

Responsibilities

• Create and lead engaging activities that spark joy and connection
• Encourage resident participation and build meaningful relationships
• Plan outings to local attractions like theaters, restaurants, and community events
• Collaborate with the Activities team to design enriching on- and off-site experiences
• Work with volunteers to enhance programming
• Foster a positive, energetic environment where residents feel valued and inspired
