About The Position

Sunrise Retirement Community is looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate Activity Assistant to join their team. In this role, you will help create fun, meaningful experiences for residents, including group games, crafts, one-on-one visits, special events, and seasonal decorating. The position offers the opportunity to build genuine relationships with residents and make a positive difference in their lives by creating moments they look forward to, building friendships, and brightening their days.

• Be comfortable assisting with pushing/pulling equipment or wheelchairs and lifting supplies up to 24 pounds.
• Be able to obtain and maintain a current chauffeur's license with a good driving record.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities
