The Life Enrichment Activities Assistant is responsible for supporting and assisting the Life Enrichment Director in designing, creating, initiating, facilitating, and implementing a wide variety of multi-level meaningful recreational and educational programs for our Independent Living (IL), and Assisted Living (AL) neighborhoods. Assists with developing, planning, and implementing a monthly program of activities and supplies based on the dimensions of wellness (i.e. Movement & Motion, Curiosity & Culture, Feelings & Fellowship, Clarity & Purpose, Compassion & Connection and Leadership & Volunteerism) Harmony signature programs and person-centered interests. Leads 6-7 high quality programs per day.
