Agawam South Rehab & Nursing is seeking a caring and energetic Activities Assistant to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with older adults and creating engaging, meaningful experiences for residents.

Nice To Haves
- Previous experience working with seniors, patients, or in a healthcare setting preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist with planning and facilitating resident activities and programs
- Encourage residents to participate in activities based on their interests and abilities
- Provide hands-on support during group and individual activities
- Prepare activity areas and materials before programs
- Clean up and organize after activities
- Document resident participation and engagement
- Work collaboratively with the Activities Director and other members of the care team
