Requirements
- Ability to read, write, and understand the English language.
Nice To Haves
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a geriatric facility is preferred.
- Certification as a Nursing Assistant is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and lead community programming, activities, events, and entertainment for resident enjoyment.
- Promote programming initiatives within the community to encourage resident participation.
- Determine appropriate resident activity levels and ensure resident safety.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
