About The Position
White Oak of Shelby is seeking a Part time Life Enrichment Assistant who is passionate about enhancing the quality of life for our residents.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Compassionate, energetic, and resident-focused
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience in long-term care or activities preferred
Responsibilities
- Assisting with planning and leading group and individual activities
- Encouraging resident participation and social engagement
- Supporting special events, holidays, and community outings
- Working closely with the Life Enrichment Director
- Maintaining activity documentation
