About The Position
The Village at Proprietors Green (VPG) is a well-established (149-unit) Luxury Apartment Senior Living Community offering a continuum of Independent, Assisted Living and Memory Care apartments in Marshfield MA with a strong reputation of caring and empathy. We are part of Welch Senior Living, a family-owned provider of Senior services for over 75 years. Join our amazing team of thoughtful and caring team members. We offer a comprehensive New Hire orientation as well as ongoing trainings including, but not limited to, Dementia, Disaster & Emergency and Elder Abuse.
Requirements
- Interest and demonstrated ability to work with the elderly.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in Assisted Living and Memory Care is preferred, but not required.
- Individualized skills in crafts, music or education preferred.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate small group activities with direction from the Program Director.
- Transport residents to and from activities as needed.
- Contribute to meeting the social, psychological and spiritual needs of the residents.
