About The Position
Assists in delivering services to adults with Alzheimer's Disease or severe memory impairment in a Model Day Care setting. Must successfully pass an AHCA Level 2 screening for this position.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Licensed as a Practical Nurse in the State of Florida
- Current BLS American Heart Association
- Employees in this position: Will operate vehicles for an assigned business purpose as a 'non-frequent driver'
- Strong organizational skills, communication skills and ability to follow instructions required.
Nice To Haves
- One year of clinical experience as an LPN preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience working with the elderly preferred
- Experience working with memory impairment patients preferred
