About The Position

The Activities Ambassador will be responsible for informing and registering guests for activities, maintaining the activity shed and equipment and run an array of activities. Most work tasks are performed outdoors. Position requires standing, walking and giving direction most of the working day. Must be able to exert well-paced ability to maneuver between functions occurring simultaneously. Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity. Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis.

Responsibilities

• Informs guests of activities while encouraging registration
• Maintaining order of the activity shed
• Keep record of equipment usage through logbook
• Gather guest signatures for waivers
• Be knowledgeable of safety guidelines
• Provides quality customer service
• Performs all miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
• Assist Activities Supervisor and Resort Activities Manager when needed
