About The Position
Maria Joseph Continuing Care Community, a faith-based continuing care retirement community in Danville, Pennsylvania, is seeking a Part-time Activities Aide to join their team. The community, founded in 1962, aims to bring joy, connection, and purpose to residents' lives. The Activities Aide will be responsible for creating meaningful moments and engaging activities for the residents.

Responsibilities
- Help plan, organize, and lead fun, engaging activities tailored to residents' interests and abilities - from games and crafts to music, exercise, and social events.
- Assist in creating a weekly activities calendar for residents of varying functional levels.
- Escort residents to and from the dining room during mealtimes.
- Keep accurate records for each resident you work with and report any changes in condition to nursing staff promptly.
