About The Position

Oak Hills Living Center is seeking a friendly and professional Recreational Therapy Aide to join their team and provide excellent service to their residents. The Recreational Therapy Aide will be responsible for planning and completing activity programs for the Residents. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Must be able to work the assigned position for the first 90 days of employment

Responsibilities

• Plans, leads, implements and evaluates the Recreational Therapy Programs.
• Completes one to one programs as care planned and as needed
• Completes sensory groups both with small and large groups
• Assists residents to and from activities.
• Other duties as assigned
