Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality, recreation, and customer service, preferably in a luxury resort setting.
- Fluency in written and verbal English.
- Comfortable speaking in a group setting with an eye for detail and anticipation of individual needs.
- Passion for and eagerness to learn wellness, fitness, event leading and outdoor activities trends and best practices.
- Ability to lead and engage groups of guests of all ages in activities with enthusiasm, knowledge and professionalism.
- Basic first aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physically able to lift equipment, set up activity spaces, and be active throughout the shift.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized service to guests, ensuring they have an enjoyable and seamless experience with resort activities.
- Lead and assist with scheduled activities, including outdoor sports, fitness classes, kids' programs, wellness experiences, and cultural events.
- Monitor recreational areas to ensure a safe environment, follow safety procedures, and assist guests as needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness, storage and readiness of recreation areas, pools, equipment, and activity centers to include both indoor and outdoor spaces.
- Assist in creating new and innovative recreational experiences that align with the Inn's luxury standards and wellness culture.
- Partner daily across departments to ensure seamless experiences.
